@kukadiajayesh, thanks, but I noticed that you raised minSdkVersion to 26 (14 -> 26).

This forces any app using the library to also raise its minSdk to 26, which is a pretty significant breaking change and drops support for a large number of devices.

From what I can see in the commit, the changes are mainly around modern insets handling (WindowInsetsCompat, ViewCompat, etc.), which should still be compatible with lower API levels via AndroidX. So I’m not sure what specifically requires API 26 as a minimum.
Could you clarify if there’s a concrete technical reason why minSdkVersion must be 26? If there isn’t, would you consider lowering it (e.g., to 23 because some Android SDK 36 libraries sets minSDK 23 or even lower like 21 because you using still targetSDK 35 (requires minSDK to 21)
