From f51d87da183dc9284e84b6e77f887306dd265ef0 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Christian Tabedzki <35670232+tabedzki@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Mon, 21 Sep 2026 12:33:16 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] chore: remove legacy requirements.txt pyproject.toml has been the source of truth since 13bd56ff ("Transitioned to pyproject.toml"). Nothing in the repo reads requirements.txt: the README instructs `uv sync`, the Dockerfile does `pip install -e .`, and no script or notebook references it. It has also drifted from pyproject.toml (scanreader points at atlab/ instead of the BrainCOGS/ fork, icalevents is missing), so keeping it around only invites installing the wrong set.
