From 45e0cd382209168c44e05ef26bc43532b4782b68 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Brian Marks Date: Sat, 5 Sep 2026 13:17:48 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] ci: trigger Changelog check on PR title/body edits The check-releasenotes script gates the changelog/no-changelog label exemption on whether the PR title starts with fix/feat. Re-running the job replays the original cached webhook payload, so a title rename after the fact doesn't get picked up until a fresh pull_request event fires.
