The Licensor and copyright holder of FerroCHART's own work is Cadasto B.V., which replaces Vernum Projecten B.V. Every statement of the holder changes in this one change, so no two of them disagree: the root LICENSE and NOTICE and every SPDX-FileCopyrightText header on a project-owned file. The licence itself does not change, vendored third-party material keeps its upstream terms, and maintainer credit stays a person. The governance text names "the Licensor named in LICENSE", so it follows without an edit.
