Hey, we use PostgreSQL as our main storage for Neos and know we want to integrate a site search which should ideally use PostgreSQL. PostgreSQL already had a good implementation through "[tsvector](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/10/datatype-textsearch.html)" Would you accept a PR for this?
