remove the dependency on polybar from wfzf

Related to amtoine/dotfiles#21

i've noticed the wfzf script uses polybar to get the list of monitors:

• 🟢 wm independant
• 🟢 works fine
• 🔴 i think it adds a useless dependency to the script

no real idea to resolve that for now to be honest 🤔 😋
