Support Shield Lists public API

As far as I can tell Box CLI doesn't support Shield List management, though this is advertised as part of the Box public API.

Please add this. In particular, support the ability to get, create, and update shield lists and shield list content.

A note to anyone who hasn't used this call before: you may need to add an API version header.
