CSAF implementation: Directory listing missing

What happened?

When I checked https://clouditor.io/.well-known/csaf/white/ I end up with a 404 where I should actually see a directory listing for the CSAF advisories (which would contain at least the changes.csv and index.txt).

I moved this to this repo. Good point. The site is generated out of a GitHub pages repo, I will look at https://github.com/marketplace/actions/github-pages-directory-listing to provide a manual directory listing.
