Transpile using rollup

It might be a good idea to use rollup to transpile to ESModule, CommonJS, and TS Declarations, compressing the build down to mostly one file (except, probably, for the TS Definitions).

This could decrease the package size quite a bit and potentially enable better support of older NodeJS versions.
