Consider directly curating new frame's buffer-list instead of `bufferlo--with-temp-buffer`

dummy (and dead) temp buffer in that buffer-list.

We set the frame's buffer-list for in bufferlo--bookmark-tab-handler called by bufferlo--bookmark-frame-handler for every tab (before we finally select the current tab).
So we are already setting the frame's buffer-list explicitly.

The question is: Do we still need the bufferlo--with-temp-buffer macro:
We also use another dummy buffer (which is a hidden buffer however) in bufferlo--bookmark-tab-handler which we later explicitly kill. This buffer is for change detection. For cases were we cannot restore a buffer that is in the window configuration (i.e., non bookmarkable buffers), we insert a placeholder buffer or default buffer (depending on the configuration). This placeholder logic is younger than the bufferlo--with-temp-buffer macro, so this may render the macro unnecessary.
