My A13 Has both an accelerometer and magnometer and even has theoretical values outputted and yet no movement in google cardboard. It said it is an old app and may be incompatible with it (software wise I believe). I don't know how it is outputting values but not showing results in any VR app.
And yes, I have tried to install Xposed framework but is incompatible for installation (in the bootloader, you can install the actual apk).
