Users need to be able to change the monthly fee amount.

Users should be able to see their billing status & history to spot some missing payments.

• Provide UI for users to fill in their email address to receive magic link to data edit
• Provide UI to edit data
• Validate possible values (make sure monthly fee is within limits)
