Repos I am interested in contributing to

Probably the whole stack as I am packaging hypr* for Debian. Already contributed a small fix to hyprwire etc.

What I want to contribute right now

Currently wrong link in manpages. Generally for upstreaming patches/fixes etc

Why the above bug / feature specifically?

Easy fix and users using manpages dont need to click the ref on github's wiki page.

Heya @wabarTM, I see that you've okayed the change in hyprwm/Hyprland#16174 (comment), so is it still a no on this vouch request?

As it is, man Hyprland still links to https://github.com/hyprwm/Hyprland/wiki which just says that it's been migrated to https://wiki.hyprland.org/. It seems reasonable to me that the manpage should just link directly to https://wiki.hyprland.org.

We also have some other downstream changes in Debian that could be beneficial upstream, e.g.

• Fix-shader-inclusion-order.patch to facilitate reproducible builds for distros that care about that
• Update-hyprland.pc-requires-to-include-lua.patch

It would be nice if at least one of us in Debian could get vouched so we can open PRs to forward these changes upstream.

Oops, yeah sorry, missed that. The github wiki links to https://wiki.hyprland.org which redirects to https://wiki.hypr.land.

thank you, afaik for Debian we should have them and at least users there tend to read them, see #1146894. There are some helpers like help2man, but thats a thing we can run downstream anyways.
