What I want to contribute right now

Currently when creating a headless output the refresh rate of chromium is limited to 60hz, due to the way aquamarine sends the present events. So the headless output runs fine at the created refresh rate, chromium does not. With my fix it runs at the expected refresh rate (120fps) instead of falling back to the default (60fps). The fix uses the already computed frame interval to tell the client of the compositor the actual interval it's running at.

Why the above bug / feature specifically?

I'm developing software that relies on the headless output of aquamarine and want to get this fixed for me and my users.
