Some IPTVs channel are not connected

There are some or we can say it many channel from the list that can't connect and error or failing, is it possible to remove it ? So that we just have a working channel, it seems so many around 12.000 channel but, it's kind of hard to find working and reliable channel.

The problem is when the stream server is overloaded, you may not be able to connect. And then later you can connect just fine.
