Is it possible to submit an existing FOSS app as an alternative to a proprietary app? Or contribute to whether an app is FOSS or proprietary? |

Yes. You can do it inside the app. Just tap on any unknown app in the list and choose whether it is FOSS or Proprietary. You can also submit by tapping on the + button at the bottom. |

That works but if one taps on an known-as-foss app, one can't submit it as an alternative. |
