Utilities adapter: DA-TTL-State device and Multi-DA-State device seem to do the same thing

I am not quite sure about the history (may even have written both myself;), but it now looks like DA-TTL-State device has a little more functionality (invert), so I propose to deprecate Multi-DA-State device.

Multi DA State (micro-manager/mmCoreAndDevices@799c429, 2016, me) works like a multi-line illumination device: it is a state device whose state selects the active line(s), and it has separate properties for the voltages of each line.

DA TTL State (micro-manager/mmCoreAndDevices@8fa0175, also 2016, also me) is a hack to use an analog output DAQ for controlling external devices that require TTL input. The voltage is fixed at 5V or 3.3V, and the state controls which lines are high/low. This is useful if you have lots of analog outputs (like an NI board with 32 AO channels); it was especially so when NIMultiAnalog only supported analog outputs (unlike the NIDAQ adapter). It may also be useful if you want 3.3V digital without adding resistors or diodes.

So I think we need both.

But Multi DA State is missing from the device page, so I'm going to transfer this issue to the website repo.
