I'd like developer to put a md file in a release notes folder. We should then show to a user of the system all of the releases since their last login (If it's not their first time). It would also help when doing code reviews to be able to read and see the impact to users.
First time users should not need to see release notes and instead be shown only a welcome screen about getting started.
We should develop a process that is well documented for a developer to add a release notes folder to the folder, how and where to add assets like screenshots both still and animated. And video demonstration when complex.
