The attachments in the editor should work efficiently(Pulse)

Have to polish the attachment uploads to look clean and also fix the Pulse upload and proper redirect Url's in mobile and the web view.

I have noticed that oulse video uploaded from the feed or the clock page is not attaching to the editor whereas it works and video is attached in the tickets tab.
