I wanna make sure that every edit has a reason and a short going with the edit. I should see that in the logs of history and it should require an approval before being accepted by the manager.
Problem: Currently members are able to edit their time entry without leaders approval

Whenever time is edited the approval is based on the short and a description of what was done within logged hours. Approval is managed by leaders.
