Policy on mobile to make it consistent across apps

Problem

A developer used mieweb/ui and then when testing on mobile safari , Zoom on input

Note it zoomed in and cause side scrolling.

Reason

Could be many things, but likely meta tags missing from the page?

Plan

• Review the hard fought meta and css we had to do in bluehive ozwell to get no side scrolling and zoom.
• Develop a policy in mie/ui about mobile setting
• Try to enforce it when someone installs mie/ui
• make sure the AI is aware and can audit for it
