Update lockfile to use registry.npmjs.org for all packages (#2271)

A number of entries in package-lock.json currently resolve
to registry.npmmirror.com.
npm 12 introduced a breaking change where --allow-remote defaults to none.
Running npm install on a fresh clone using npm 12 will now fail
with the following error:

    Fetching packages of type "remote" have been disabled

This change allows npm install to work without any extra steps.
