👋 @kriefsacha, we use the issue tracker exclusively for bug reports and feature requests. However, this issue appears to be a support request. Please, use Stackoverflow to get help. |

@janoshrubos i think the bot didn't like your label 😅 |
@kriefsacha yes 😅 we will fix that, looks like this bot is no longer maintained |
Okay @janoshrubos , thanks for your help. When you can also answer my question .. 😅 |
@kriefsacha I would if i could, however it is a really interesting topic and i hope somebody can answer. |
@kriefsacha I do not think there is anything so specific for NS, at least I have searched and I have not found. The best thing would be to search for Android and iOS directly |
For now i found that team viewer made an app called "QuickSupport" which seems to work very good. The only thing is that it requires for me to tell the customer to download it, enable the settings, give his/her ID ... If someone would make a plugin that we would be able to put into the app directly to just even see the screen of the customer that would be awesome ! I'm gonna continue looking and keeping you posted |
@kriefsacha what about using sentry? You can attach file to an event. So you would just need to take a screenshot and attach it. |
@farfromrefug from what i see you can't see what the user is doing in real time with this. My goal is to be able to see what the user is doing for support purposes |
@kriefsacha If you take captures every 0.5 seconds, you could send them and on the other side it would give the sensation of video |
I don't know i think for now the best solution is to have the Team Viewer QuickSupport app installed and then be able to see and interact with the customer |
Anydesk for Android |
@mrwrighty Anydesk or TeamViewer would be pretty much the same no ? |
@kriefsacha you are right i am sorry i misread your question ! There are also some open source alternatives on f droid (on recent vnc rust app). You should be able to extract the code and integrwte directly in your app |
I recommend AnyDesk. User isn't required to enter any details. You can also create custom Android versions (Company Logo) if you subscribe to the service. We moved from Teamviewer years ago becuase it got ridiculously expensive. Anydesk will run on virtually any platform including iOS. |
@mrwrighty thanks for you response sorry for the delay. You ask your users to download it or you succeed to sort of "include" it in your app ? |
No they would have to download it. |
Uh oh!

Hi,
This is not a feature request but more a question.
I wanted to know if there is a way, maybe by a plugin that i didn't find (did some research), to make the user to be able to share his/her screen for support.
Let's say he/she has a problem, i want to see what happens, i can tell him to enable the sharing screen and like this i'm able to see what's happening, and even maybe more, control it (like a TeamViewer or Anydesk).
Do you know anything about this ?
Thank you !
