Add Sparkdev’s tweaks

Sparkdev.me contains lots of tweaks (such as Snowboard and AutoUnlockX) which seem to work if they are converted using roothide patcher (I used the “using rootless compat layer” option). It would be useful if those could be installed directly, without needing to be converted (and needing their dependencies to be manually converted).

NOTE: some of Sparkdev’s tweaks (such as Juice) can be downloaded for free, but must be bought and activated to use. I’m not sure if those tweaks belong in this repo.
