I've continued my effort to get a timer and alarm trait in embedded-hal(-async).

For that I've shown what I had at the RustWeek unconf and incorporated the feedback.
The crate is now released here: https://crates.io/crates/embedded-hal-timer

First PR to impl it on embassy-time here:
embassy-rs/embassy#6168

I'll make more PRs for a variety of HALs too soon hopefully.

(I'll try to be at this meeting to discuss, but I might not be)
