Reordering of provisioners when enableAdmin: true

Is it possible to reorder the provisioner list when using the server to manage said list rather than ca.json?

I have sshpop, jwk, and oidc in that order, but would like oidc to be the first one that comes up so I don't have to hit the down arrow twice every time I log in. It seems like if enableAdmin is false it's just a matter of reordering the list in ca.json, but I can't seem to find any information about doing it when using the server to remotely manage the provisioner list.

Currently it is not possible to reorder them. However, you can pass in a --provisioner flag to bypass the prompt entirely.
