Latest version cannot connect to "localhost"

After updating snaplet 0.35.10 it seems snaplet does not resolve localhost in SNAPLET_DATABASE_URL
SNAPLET_DATABASE_URL=postgres://postgres:mypw@localhost:5432/mydb snaplet snapshot restore --data-only gets

but this works:
SNAPLET_DATABASE_URL=postgres://postgres:mypw@127.0.0.1:5432/mydb snaplet snapshot restore --data-only
