…e upload (#110) * docs(training-guide): fetch a zoo template's pretrained weights before upload Pretrained model zoo templates build their network without the pretrained tensors; those come only from <template>_weights.pkl, which is not in the model zoo repository, so a user who followed the guide trained from random weights. The upload step now shows user.fetch_seed_weights() followed by upload_model(..., weights=True), and the rename rule. The install cell's floor moves to 1.2.37, the first SDK release with fetch_seed_weights. All four sites now carry one floor, as #100 kept them. Release train promotion that refreshes generated CI workflows and bumps quickstart docs to tracebloc ≥1.2.37.
The code-quality gitleaks job now injects a fleet allowlist so
generic-api-keydoes not flag CSS custom-property values (e.g.--primitive-neutral-700).
