How do you change the container time zone?

This is probably a stupid question, I have almost zero docker experience so I'm learning as I go. How in the heck do you change the time zone for the server? From what I have found online "- TZ=America/Los_Angeles" under the environment section should do the trick. Sadly it doesn't. What am I missing here?

This is the relevant section of the yaml.

environment:
  - MAXPLAYERS=4
  - PGID=1000
  - PUID=1000
  - STEAMBETA=false
  - TZ=America/Los_Angeles

Hey @Cavick! TZ is the correct flag. The game server's logging doesn't respect timezone changes, but the game itself does. Please see this PR: #333
