TODO:
clean up all _SRC clk
verify mem reg for vfe/csid/cphy
remove sm7150 codes
see if based on linaro pixel format split patch or not.
vendor vfe frequency caused some issue, default lower speed does fine without isp

TESTED:
no vfe/csid/cphy timeout
restart capture is fine.
