We've started this by using Google Sheets, but it would be great to integrate with Excel on Sharepoint in the Make Scenario that serves as our email relay.

Waiting on permissions to see if that is acceptable.

we've decided to use google sheets as our database that we will access using the google sheets API. in the future we can put this spreadsheet in a more formal database if we decide that's needed. the column should be 1. a UUID, 2. person's name, 3. email, 4. GitHubID

Before moving to an actual database we may want to move this from Sheets into sharepoint Excel if we can integrate in that into the Make.com webhook flow
