Summary
Pin every GitHub Actions reference currently used by the workflows to its corresponding full-length commit SHA, and configure Dependabot to group GitHub Actions updates with a seven-day cooldown.
Why?
Full-length SHA pins prevent action tags from being retargeted to unexpected code. The cooldown gives time to detect problematic releases before Dependabot proposes them.

.github/dependabot.ymlwith weekly grouped GitHub Actions updates and a seven-day cooldown.Each SHA was resolved from the corresponding existing action ref; action versions and workflow behavior are otherwise unchanged.
