[FEATURE] Add the solution from the BraTS-ISBI GoAT 2024 #135
Description

I believe that would be a great idea - see also my reply in the email thread :)

Hi André! I am currently working on the implementation of the top-2 algorithms from the ISBI-GoAT Challenge from 2024 :) Yours was the winning algorithm, so it is one of the two that will be included in the BraTS orchestrator.
Since we always try to cite the most up-to-date papers or preprints that are published in conjunction with the algorithms, I wanted to ask you whether you have published anything that is associated with your winning algorithm from ISBI 2024 and that you would like to appear in the citation reminder.
Thank you in advance!

I would say that the main paper about the solution we developed is:
https://arxiv.org/abs/2402.17317
Of course, the original publication from ISBI is also relevant for this solution in specific:
https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/10635839Thank you once again and let me know if something more is needed!
Reacted by PaulaTBz and neuronflowExcellent! Thank you André :) I will make sure that at least one of the two is cited when your model is used.
I'll keep you updated on the progress of the implementation and let you know once it's done.@aneesurhashmi
Hello Anees, if I am not mistaken you and your team placed second in the 2024 IEEE-ISBI-BraTS GoAT challenge!
I am working on the implementation of the top-2 algorithms of that challenge into the BraTS Orchestrator, so that they will be freely available.
If you agree to it, then I would love to integrate your algorithm. However, I noticed that I currently do not have the zenodo ID of your model. Would you be able to provide it again?
Thank you very much in advance!

Thank you for this amazing tool!
I was looking trough the available models and I noticed that the solution from BraTS-ISBI GoAT 2024 was missing.
Would it be possible to include this model as well?
I'm the developer of that solution, I could provide the docker again if needed.
Thank you!
