What does this PR do?
This RFC was out of date. Especially with fix(crashtracking): stop resolving thread symbols with libunwind in the receiver, we should update the doc with the new changes + other tweaks that have been made in the past that has not been reflected in the documentation

Additional Notes
I enumerated the differences manually, had claude verify, and update the doc. I went through it again manually to make sure all was correct
