- Add the nri-flex integration runner package (#34). - Add the newrelic-fluent-bit-output plugin needed by the agent's log forwarding (#19). - Extend the NixOS/darwin infra agent modules with a package option, log forwarding via logging.d, and on-host integrations via integrations.d. - Fix the missing FHS /sbin paths in the systemd service (#88). - Document module options and add config examples to the README (#87). Closes #19, #34, #87, #88

Revives the abandoned #37 (nri-flex) and #50 (fluent-bit plugin) PRs and fixes the module issues.
nri-flex(closes S.M.A.R.T support #34 - S.M.A.R.T. / custom integrations).newrelic-fluent-bit-output(closes Logging Support #19 - log forwarding).packageoption, log forwarding vialogging.d, and on-host integrations viaintegrations.d./sbinpaths in the systemd service (closes Unable to list kernel modules. err: fork/exec /sbin/lsmod: no such file or directory oupu #88).This is PR 3 of 4 in a stacked series (base: #92).
