Add support for other tasks

To generate huge traffic or generally IO intensive tasks, for memory capacity, memory bandwidth, storage capacity, storage bandwidth, LLC capacity/bandwidth, etc and for a combination of resources
There is already a task of type "communication" which generates traffic per hop based on fortio.
