   The textfield that we type for the text for suggestion . i Want to customise it by adding border .
   Not the table that shows the suggestion . The static field .

   Use cellSetup to access the cell's textField and change it as you would do with any UITextField

   <<< WhateverRow() { row in
       // ...
   }.cellSetup { cell, row in
       cell.textField.layer.borderColor = // ...
       // and so on
   }

   Is it possible to add my own custom textfield . Like with a image or something . I want to add custom textfield from a nib

   See the second part of this comment, where I describe how to subclass _FieldCell. In your case you want to subclass SuggestionCell, which is a subclass of _FieldCell
