testEscapedIdentifierUnicode (Patient.`\u006eame`.given.first()) checks a unicode escape inside a delimited identifier, and testLiteralUnicodeInvalid checks that '\u+041' is a syntax error, since the grammar allows only four hex digits after \u. Both fail on the Java engines, which read the identifier escape in base 32 and accept the sign. The fix is hapifhir/org.hl7.fhir.core#2777.
