What changed and why

The Licensor and copyright holder of FerroCHART's own work is Cadasto B.V., which replaces Vernum Projecten B.V. (owner ruling of 2026-10-05). Every statement of the holder moves in this one PR: LICENSE (Licensor: and The Licensed Work is (c) 2026 …), NOTICE, and the SPDX-FileCopyrightText header of every project-owned file (405 files). The licence terms, Additional Use Grant, Change Date and Change License are unchanged; vendored material keeps its upstream terms (only our own PROVENANCE.md headers and the vendor scripts that write them move); maintainer credit stays a person.

CONTRIBUTING.md, GOVERNANCE.md, README.md and the site name "the Licensor named in LICENSE" rather than a company, so they follow without an edit. git grep Vernum now finds only the v0.1.1 changelog entry for #214, which is history. A new [Unreleased] entry records the change, and .claude/memory/license-busl.md records the holder history.

Licensing of contributions

• I accept the terms in CONTRIBUTING.md § Licensing of contributions: I have the right to submit this work, I license it under the project licence of the version it lands in, and I grant the Licensor the relicensing right stated there.

Checklist

• Spec-facing decisions cite the governing specification (the openEHR Reference Model, the Archetype Object Model and ADL, ITS-REST, or AQL), not memory and not another implementation.
• Shell and workflow files are clean: shellcheck --severity=style, actionlint, zizmor --min-severity=low .github/.
• Rust gates pass, once a workspace exists: cargo fmt --all --check, cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings, cargo nextest run --workspace --locked, cargo test --doc --locked, cargo doc with RUSTDOCFLAGS=-D warnings, and cargo deny check.
• CHANGELOG.md has an [Unreleased] entry, if the change is user-visible.
• Docs are updated, if behaviour changed.
• Every commit is signed.
• No AI or assistant attribution anywhere in the commits or this PR.

Locally: cargo fmt --check and cargo nextest run --workspace --locked (736 passed) are green, as are the comment-style, changelog, contribution-licence, versions, site, book-toc, docs-shots, palette, crate-closure and serde-json-features guards. Clippy, doc and deny are left to CI; the change touches comment lines only.

CONTRIBUTING.md; the
contribution-licence-guard check reads the box above, and there is no separate
