chore(licence): commercial licensing goes to Cadasto B.V.

What changed and why

Cadasto B.V., the Licensor and copyright holder, now handles the business side of FerroPIX: the commercial licence and any other business or licensing question. The maintainer keeps the technical side.

• LICENSE: the alternative-licensing line points at Cadasto B.V., info@cadasto.com or https://www.cadasto.com/contact/. No other line changes.
• README.md: a commercial licence goes to Cadasto B.V., and technical questions go to the maintainer named in MAINTAINERS.md.
• MAINTAINERS.md: the bus factor now names the roles it covers, which are technical. The claim that no legal entity is a party to the project is replaced by Cadasto's business role, and the commercial licensing section gives Cadasto's contact. The roster is unchanged.

Licensing of contributions

• I accept the terms in CONTRIBUTING.md § Licensing of contributions: I have the right to submit this work, I license it under the project licence of the version it lands in, and I grant the Licensor the relicensing right stated there.
