What changed and why

The Licensor and copyright holder of FerroSMART's own work is now Cadasto B.V., which replaces Vernum Projecten B.V. Every statement of the holder changes in this one pull request: the LICENSE (Licensor: and The Licensed Work is (c) 2026 …), the NOTICE, every SPDX-FileCopyrightText header, the header template in CONTRIBUTING.md, and the Licensor sentence in MAINTAINERS.md. The BUSL-1.1 terms do not change, and maintainer credit stays a person.

git grep -n 'Vernum' now finds nothing. Part of the family change tracked from FerroHEALTH #31.
