Overview

In Unity main menu you can find the new panel Project.

Run - run project from the first scene from Scene in Build. Hotkey - Ctr+Alt+R
Sync Solution - get and invoke UnityEditor.SyncVS.SyncSolution function. Hotkey - Shift+Alt+S
Clear All Data - delete all PlayerPrefs
