   Cause: the build stopped at `bun install --frozen-lockfile` with "workspace @fluxify/adapters depends on workspace @fluxify/mcp-math (testing/mcp-math), which is listed in bun.lock but not on disk". `@fluxify/mcp-math` became a workspace with the MCP OAuth work (#824), but the Dockerfiles copy each workspace's `package.json` before the install and none copied `testing/mcp-math/package.json`. `bun.lock` itself is fine.

   Fix: PR #831 adds that `COPY` to the kit, admin, orchestrator and worker-compiled Dockerfiles. The kit image builds locally with it. This issue closes itself when the next nightly succeeds.
