[DataGrid] allow user to adjust width of columns by dragging header - need to upgrade version of MUI-X DataGrid used #288

Summary

DataGrid should allow users to drag column headers to adjust the width of the columns
This is added to free version of MUI X DataGrid as of Version 7

Currently, we are using: "@mui/x-data-grid": "5.17.8"
Dragging column header width was not free in MIT version then.

Motivation

Improve readability of datagrid for endusers so they can adjust width of column and not simply rely on tooltips per cell.
