AB#716 Fix stop and route page tab flash on tab change

Tabs and content briefly disappeared on every tab click, because the tab routes returned null (or a loader) while their query was loading.

Stop and terminal pages

• Added createStickyRenderer, which keeps rendering the last props for the same stop/terminal while the query reloads. For a different page or stop it returns null as before, so the previous page is not kept mounted.
• Tab route variables now drop seconds from the dates, so clicks within a minute reuse cached data.

Route page

• The header uses createStickyRenderer keyed by route id.
• Stops, trip stops and timetable content use the new createStickyRendererFactory, keyed by route and pattern. The previous element stays visible while the next tab loads, so the tabs and pattern selector no longer disappear.
• prepareServiceDay also drops seconds from the dates.

Route page suffers this exact same issue, could you fix it as well in this PR?

good point - maybe it is as easy in route page as well. I will add it to this PR.
