🐛Event page should state that the event is ended and prevent ticket sales

Describe the bug
Users can still purchase tickets for an event that is ended.
This can lead to people puchasing tickets for an event that is over thinking it was an upcoming event.

Expected behavior

I think the 'Continue' button should be disabled.

Logs
Add any relevant error logs. If it's an error in the browser, please include the browser console logs as well
as what endpoints are being hit and what the response from the server is.

Thanks for the report! We have added a notice to let people know if an event has ended.

Hi, thanks for adding the "event has ended" notice.

I wanted to gently note that on a self-hosted build of the latest tag (v1.11.1-beta), the notice is shown, but the Continue button is still enabled and checkout can proceed — so the original request in this issue (preventing ticket sales for an ended event) doesn't seem fully addressed yet.

Steps I saw (self-hosted, SaaS mode off):

Create an event whose start and end dates are both in the past, add a ticket, set it live.
Open the public event page.
The page shows "This event has ended", but the ticket quantity can still be selected and Continue takes you to the checkout details page (First/Last name, email, Complete Order).
Expected (per the original report): the Continue button is disabled / checkout is blocked once the event has ended.

Environment: Hi.Events v1.11.1-beta, self-hosted Docker (all-in-one image), APP_SAAS_MODE_ENABLED=false.

Note: this came up while we were building an open-source, AI-driven exploratory-testing skill (currently in development); the agent surfaced it and I reproduced it by hand on the latest tag before posting. If this one being closed makes it easy to miss, I'm happy to open a fresh issue instead. 🤖
