Work with software DOI

Somef should be able to work with Zenodo deposits too. Either by getting the metadata directly from there, or by further complementing it with what is found in the github extraction

The last changes on the citation reconciliation logic ( issue #953), are related to this, right? We now have a mechanism to distinguish between software citations and scholarly publications, separating them into creditText and referencePublication. The zenodo doi appears in the creditText that is a plain text with information.

But, we need a parser of zenodo.
What I’m not sure about is whether this should be handled by a dedicated zenodo.json parser (I started this), or if we should also support extracting metadata directly from the doi we obtain from the CITATION.cff. Or both. ¿¿¿

This is independent from parsing zenodo.json files or the reconciliation done in the credit.
The goal of this issue is that instead of providing a github repo, the input may be a Zenodo DOI. Therefore we need to extract the files, etc.
