feat: add Xiaohongshu support via EmbedEZ

Summary

• add Xiaohongshu explore links through the existing EmbedEZ handler
• preserve xsec_token and xsec_source parameters required by Xiaohongshu links
• limit the integration to the verified normal view; translation, direct, gallery and text views remain disabled
• add the website toggle to guild persistence, settings and configuration
• update the README fixer credits and comparison table, plus the English Discord Discovery copy

Validation

• verified www.xiaohongshu.com/explore/:id matching with the existing route generator
• verified the prepared EmbedEZ URL preserves xsec_token and xsec_source
• verified the handler does not require translation or view database fields
• compiled src and database modules successfully
• passed Ruff fatal-error checks (E9, F63, F7, F82)
