The .github/workflows/ci.yml workflow shows as registered/active (gh api repos/LucknowAI/nawab/actions/workflows), but it never actually runs — no runs appear for pushes to main or dev, even after several minutes and a manual empty-commit push.
Repo-level Actions permissions look fine (enabled: true, allowed_actions: "all"), and Actions definitely work on other LucknowAI private repos, so this looks specific to this repo. My best guess: an org-level Actions policy restricting execution to a specific allow-list of repos, and this new repo isn't on it yet.
Needs an org admin (checking this requires admin:org scope I don't have): go to the LucknowAI organization → Settings → Actions → General, and confirm this repo is allowed to run workflows.
