Improve multiclass explainability in smart reports

Summary

Fix missing class-level explainability in multiclass reports and improve report navigation and runtime data handling.

Changes

• Add a class explainability block that renders all classes for multiclass models and the configured class for binary models.
• Add sidebar links to each class section, with optional per-class top interaction plots.
• Make report table index display configurable and render missing numeric values as N/A.
• Improve responsive report navigation and add a CLI script plus examples for generating reports.
